2018 John Duval `Entity` Barossa Valley Shiraz

John Duval is one of the world's best-known winemakers.  He makes a small number of handcrafted wines at his home in the Barossa Valley in South Australia.

The grapes for the 'Entity' Shiraz are sourced from fruit from long-time friends in the Barossa.  Deep ruby in colour with a purple glint. Blackberry and plum aromatics with some savoury spice. On the palate, the Entity is full bodied and generous, with layers of dark berry fruit and balanced tannins. Very pure and mouth filling, with ample structure.
