2020 SoloContigo Develado Syrah Grenache

Noel and Terry Neelands are the owners of SoloContiga wines in Los Chacayes, in the beautiful Uco Valley in Mendoza, under the gaze of the Andes.  They encourage innovative winemaking techniques and use the least possible intervention in the process, searching for the authentic expression of this unique wine-growing area.

Develado Syrah Grenache is a fresh and seductive wine, obtained from the co-fermentation of Syrah and Grenache grapes.  No oak aging is used. All aging is done in stainless steel.  This allows the most pure, vibrant and refreshing fruit flavours to be expressed.

So fruity with black and red berry flavours, balsamic notes with hints of eucalyptus and green pepper. Medium-bodied, with a long finish.
