2021 Raventós i Blancs `De Nit` Rosé

A big Christmas step up for Cava lovers. Raventós i Blanc is a special premium sparkling wine estate in the Conca del Riu Anoia region of Alt Penedès in north eastern Spain. Biodynamic principles are employed here alongside traditional Catalan farming practices, such as horse ploughing. The ‘De Nit’ blends local white grapes with Monastrell, producing a lovely pale sparkling rosé. It is full of citrus and Mediterranean herbs with a voluminous mouthfeel and persistent finish.
