2018 Valle Secreto First Edition Syrah

Chile has 2,700 miles of Pacific Ocean coastline with the towering Andes to the east.  The Cachapoal Valley slices across the country just south of the capital Santiago.  Here the cool night air and stony soils promote complexity and freshness in the wines.

Viña Valle Secreto is a boutique winery producing high-quality, award-winning wines characterized by their fruit intensity and freshness.  The First Edition Syrah is elegant and complex aromas, with red and dark fruit, and some subtle smoky notes. On the palate it's well-structured, with strong and concentrated tannins, good body and a lingering finish.
