2021 Mount Horrocks Watervale Riesling

Clare Valley, an hour north of Adelaide, is one of the prestigious wine producing areas of Australia. Here white wines prevail.  Taut, lime-sherbet Rieslings are the region's most famous wine.

The Mount Horrocks Clare Valley vineyards are all organic and the wines are vegan and vegetarian friendly.  The Watervale Riesling is delicious now and drinking beautifully.  It combines delicacy with structure and is remarkably fragrant with lemongrass and fresh cut lime flavours. Mineral-fresh, citrus toned, crisp and juicy with a pure, long finish.
