An elegant, fresh, gently rounded Tuscan white

From hillside vineyards around the estate near Vagliagli in Chianti Classico, in the heart of Tuscany, the Dievole ‘Campinovi’ Trebbiano opens with citrus, hay and gentle honey notes, leading into a full-bodied yet fresh palate of ripe pear, melon and subtle honeysuckle, finishing with a quiet saline lift. The texture is rounded but poised, making this an elegant partner for fresh fish or pasta or simply as a refined aperitif.

Dievole’s history reaches back to 1090, when a vineyard lease was recorded in a parchment contract traded for “two capons, three loaves and six silver coins”. After the estate was acquired by the Alejandro Pedro Bulgheroni family in 2012, its focus shifted decisively toward organic farming, detailed parcel selection and precise, vineyard-led winemaking under the guidance of consultant Alberto Antonini. Campinovi Trebbiano reflects this evolution—modern in execution, rooted in heritage, and unmistakably Tuscan.
